In 2010, I became the first British dancer to join the Mariinsky Ballet, where I was promoted to the rank of Principal in 2017.

In 2018, I learned about the Harbour organisation through meeting Alex Krutov in St Petersburg. I was greatly moved by the incredible work of this organisation and Alex invited me to become an ambassador which I gladly accepted.
How I became an amsassador
Xander and I met through a divine encounter. I am impressed with his character, giftedness and compassion. He is very caring and kind. I am glad for our cooperation and hope it brings changes in multiple lives of Russian orphans.

I am honored to be friends with him and greatly value our partnership as we help those who are in need.

FAQ
About The Harbor Foundation
Tens of thousands of orphans in Russia are moved out of state institutions each year at age 17. Most of these orphans enter a cycle of self destruction, often falling into a life of crime. Many of these stories end in suicide. The founders of The Harbor recognized a profound gap exists between the orphanage and life outside. The Harbor fills this gap by placing orphans in residential family-style communities, giving them an education, and teaching them skills necessary to maintain a home and thrive in Russian society.

In 2001, we opened the first program for graduates of orphanages and girls in difficult life situations. And in 2021 we will open an endowment fund.
For 20 years, we have accumulated successful experience in changing the life of children from orphanages and families in difficult situations for the better.

90% of the graduates of our programs successfully adapt to an independent life. All the families we have supported have saved their children and overcome life's difficulties. We will do our job as long as there is at least one child who is left without parents, or one family that needs help.

We invite those who see the value of systematic work on preparing children from orphanages for an independent life and preserving blood families to make their contribution to the targeted capital of the Harbor foundation.
