How does this happen? For 1-3 years after graduation, children live with mentors in an environment as close as possible to a family. Mentors show a model of adult behavior, a responsible person and help program participants develop skills necessary for independent life and interaction with others.
Mentors help children plan goals, choose an educational institution, find their first job, support them in development, control the educational process, help them gain a foothold in their work, and achieve their first professional successes.
Participants of the program undergo mandatory psychological counseling on specific issues faced by children from orphanages and dysfunctional families. The guys take part in conversations on the topics of morality, ethics, purpose and meaning of life.
Since 2001, more than 200 people have completed a course of social adaptation on the basis of the Pristan Residential Program. 90% of the graduates of the program have successfully adapted to an independent life: they have received an education, have created families, have a stable job and do not have alcohol or drug addiction.
Recruitment is conducted all year round.
The maximum number of program participants is 12-14 people.
Mandatory condition for participation in the adaptation program: passing an interview and signing a contract.
